Voice agents, automation and AI systems

Answer every call. Automate everything after it.

Echo builds the voice agents that pick up when your team cannot, and the automation that moves the work through your CRM, calendar and dispatch on its own. First system live in two weeks.

Runs on GoHighLevel, HubSpot, n8n, ServiceTitan and whatever else you already have.

Teams our engineers have shipped for

Revenue leaks in the gaps between a call, a system and a human, and nobody is measuring it.

Calls ring outNights, weekends and busy hours go to voicemail.
Follow ups never happenQuotes sent, never chased, quietly won by somebody faster.

Revenue audit

Put a number on it

Start with the leak that is easiest to measure, the calls nobody answers. The hours lost to manual follow up sit on top of this.

An agent will not save every call. People hang up, misdial, or want a human. Seventy percent is what we plan around and what we hold ourselves to once you are live.

What we build

Three layers, delivered as one system

A booking nothing else knows about has saved you nothing. The call is the front door. What sits behind it is where the money shows up.

Layer oneVoice agents

Pick up on the first ring, hold a real conversation, take the details and put the work in the diary. Inbound for what comes at you, outbound for what nobody chased.

Answers in under a second, any hour

Layer twoProcess automation

One booking should fire the confirmation, the invite, the deposit link, the CRM update and the reminder without a person touching a keyboard. We build that and keep it running.

Layer threeAI agents

Systems that read your data, make a judgement and act. Scoring the lead, drafting the reply, deciding what escalates. Human approval wherever the decision is expensive.

Fixed scope, fixed timeline, quoted before we start

No discovery phase billed by the hour. You pick the shape of the engagement, we quote it after the call audit, and the number does not move.

Call Recovery

Voice, one line

One inbound agent on your main line, wired into a single CRM and calendar. For teams losing calls after hours and during busy periods.

TopTec, home services

An inbound agent covering four trades on one number

Technicians out on jobs, an office of two, and everything after six going to voicemail until morning. By then the customer had called someone else.

The agent works out the trade, takes the address and the fault, quotes the visit and books the right technician into dispatch. Anyone who wants a person gets transferred with the context already passed across.

TopTec, outbound and workflow automation

Outbound calling and the automation that keeps the diary honest

Booking the job is half the problem. The other half is the quote nobody chased and the appointment nobody confirmed, which is how a full week becomes a half empty one by Friday.

Scheduled workflows decide who gets called and when, the agent makes the call, and the outcome writes straight back to the pipeline. Confirmations, reschedules and reminders all fire on their own.

Outbound sales team, data and voice

A lead enrichment agent that clears the list before a rep sees it

The team was paying people to work a list that was mostly dead. Disconnected numbers, closed businesses, gatekeepers, and contacts with no budget and no authority.

The agent calls every record overnight, confirms the business is trading, finds the person who signs and scores on fit and intent. It comes back as structured fields, not a recording somebody has to sit through.

FAQ

Before you ask

You will not have to take our word for it. By week two you get a live number to ring, and if it does not pass your own ear test we keep working before it touches a customer.

It hands off. We set the escalation rules with you, so anything outside what it is confident on goes to a person with a summary of the conversation so far. The worst outcome we design for is a warm transfer, never a dead end.

You do. Workflows, prompts, integrations and call data are yours and sit in your own accounts wherever that is possible. We are not building something you can only run through us.

Then the first conversation is whether replacing it is worth the disruption. Most of those tools handle the call fine and fall over on everything after it, so often the right job is building the automation layer around what you already have rather than starting again.

There are engineers behind the agent, a QA team testing it and infrastructure people keeping it up. Your phone line does not stop working because one freelancer went on holiday.

Get started

Start with the audit

Thirty minutes. We look at where work is falling through, from the calls nobody answers to the steps your team still does by hand, then come back with a number for what it is costing and what it takes to stop it.

Opens our Upwork profile, where you can message us or book a time.

  • No charge, and no deck
  • You keep the number whether or not you work with us
  • If automation is the wrong answer, we will say so
